Returns and Refunds

We cannot and will not accept any returns for coffee products. Please do not ship coffee back to us.
If there was a mistake with your fulfillment please contact us, and we will make it right. This means incorrectly shipped product/size/variation.
Unless we are unable to fulfill your order or replacement, we do not offer refunds.
Returns for non-coffee items will only be accepted if damaged and deemed to be as a result of workmanship. We will work with you to either repair or replace the damaged/defective item.
Shipping damage will be the responsibility of the carrier. Hearthstone Coffee Company will assist however practical.
Lost or stolen items that have been shipped will be the responsibility of the carrier. Hearthstone Coffee Company will assist however practical.
