Returns and Refunds

  • We cannot and will not accept any returns for coffee products. Please do not ship coffee back to us.
  • If there was a mistake with your fulfillment please contact us, and we will make it right. This means incorrectly shipped product/size/variation.
  • Unless we are unable to fulfill your order or replacement, we do not offer refunds.
  • Returns for non-coffee items will only be accepted if damaged and deemed to be as a result of workmanship. We will work with you to either repair or replace the damaged/defective item.
  • Shipping damage will be the responsibility of the carrier. Hearthstone Coffee Company will assist however practical.
  • Lost or stolen items that have been shipped will be the responsibility of the carrier. Hearthstone Coffee Company will assist however practical.
