Q. How long will it take to get my coffee?

A. Our coffee is roasted to order. This means your coffee will usually get roasted and bagged the next business day. We do this to ensure you get the freshest possible coffee. Because of this process we do not provide any estimated ship dates, but we do provide tracking information once it has been shipped.

 

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping for all our coffee sizes and variations is free. We do currently charge shipping for non-coffee items. This is to keep our costs low and ensure fragile items are safely packaged. As of right now we are offering USPS flat rate shipping, but that can change at any time.

 

Q. Why do you need my email/phone number?

A. We ask for this information for two reasons. First, so we can keep you informed of your order, and reach out to you if there is a problem. Second, we occasionally will send out special offers or new product announcements. Rest assured, we do not and will not sell your information.
